💕It’s not a party without the people…especially the Birthday Girl!👸🏼 But you can’t forget about the balloons 🎈 that maybe took a few minutes to blow up & assemble, or the snowflakes ❄️ that took 5 people & 5 hours to put together & hang, or the amazing cookies/cupcake snowflake cakes/smash 🧁, or face painting 🎨, or goodie bags 🛍️(I had fun making those!), or a fun venue, or a white backdrop because you didn’t realize the entire room was yellow & didn’t go with your pastel theme 🤪💛🤪🤍 (thanks to the best BIL @t_hen501 for saving the day), or an amazing photographer 📸, or a wardrobe fit for a Princess! 👑

We couldn’t have pulled off ❄️Wynter’s ONEderland❄️ without all of our friends and family! We love you all so much and are so grateful for all the love you showered our girl with! And all the help you offered her mom and dad! Haha No one tells you how stressful 1st Birthday parties can be! You want to make it special for your baby, but you’ve never thrown a party for kids 1-10 years old! Lolol

Also, I realize her birthday was in January! I’m still working on her Birth Announcements! Lolol When you get your announcement in the mail, just know I’ve been busy blowing up balloons! 😂

❄️January 7th, Wynter’s birthday, will alway

❄️January 7th, Wynter’s birthday, will always be the day our lives became infinitely brighter than we could have ever dreamed possible! One year with our favorite girl in the world!✨

She has been on 45 flights ✈️, is easily saying over 30 words, singing along to several songs (small lyrics such as “round and round” “up and down” “up above”), has so many adorable animal sounds, has a few signs down (but is also saying the words as she signs so idk 😂), reads endless amounts of books daily (she’s starting to memorize certain parts of her favorites), loves Sadie & Benny 🐶, loves to tell Alexa to play music, loves her Daddy so much, loves giving mommy kisses & getting cozy, loves FaceTiming Gam Gam & Papa, loves her sleep (baby girl can sleep 12-15 hours a night 🙏🏻🥰), loves any type of party, loves putting on her 💄 (it’s lip balm for babies 😂), loves Minnie & Mickey Mouse even though she’s never watched a tv show yet, & she is the happiest little thing even when she’s not feeling her best.

People always tell us that the days are long but the years are short. We’ve never had a long day with this girl, but dang did this year FLY by! She makes everything so much fun! We look forward to waking her up in the mornings. She brings everyone around her so much joy! I’m going to try to stop crying now as I type this because this mama is so grateful for so much! It takes a village! We are so lucky to have our 🌈 baby here and healthy. Wyn has had no shortage of love, and we have been so lucky to have such amazing family & friends lifting us up always. Having her makes me so appreciative of every single ounce of love my parents poured into me and my sisters. Wyn is probably sick of hearing I love you and being kissed a million times a day, but we just can’t help ourselves!

💕It’s hard to believe that the little nugget

💕It’s hard to believe that the little nugget in this first photo, taken when she was just a little over a week old, is now 6 MONTHS old today!!☀️

She is the HAPPIEST little thing! She has been on 17 flights, can turn the pages in all of her books, is drinking out of a straw, rolling all over the place and trying to crawl, loves to FaceTime, sings louder than Mommy, thinks Sadie and Benny are hilarious, sleeping ~12 hours at night 🙌🏼, literally smiles from the moment she wakes up, loves her Daddy so much, is a little extrovert always saying hi to everyone, can hang with all 7 of her boy cousins (she’s the only girl on my side), knows her sign language sign for milk and will tell you if she wants it if you ask, was the star of our wedding in her carriage, and is probably going to be an Olympic swimmer because she loves the bath and pool so much andddd all of her swimsuits!😂I’ve never seen a baby kick as hard and fast and love the water so much even at just a week old!

Zach and I are so in love with this happy, smart, and funny little person! Every day just keeps getting brighter and brighter with her! 🌈

Lmk if you want to FaceTime for some happy baby endorphins! I swear she can make anyone’s day brighter with her big grin! 😁 I’ll have to get her a phone pretty soon! 😂

💕This Father’s Day has been extra special for

💕This Father’s Day has been extra special for many reasons. The biggest one is my Dad is still here with us to celebrate it with.

About a week before our wedding in the Bahamas, I got a phone call from my sister informing me that our Dad had collapsed at the gym & was in an ambulance to the hospital. Apparently, he suffered a sudden cardiac death. His heart stopped. He/we are so very lucky an ER tech happened to be working out that day. He performed CPR on my dad & had someone grab the defibrillator paddles which he then used to shock him back to life. I’m getting chills typing this out to be honest.

Is he going to be okay?! Is he going to make it? Will he need surgery?! So many questions! I was so far away in NYC finalizing wedding things. Things that seemed so silly at the time because we were definitely going to cancel the wedding. There couldn’t be a wedding without Bob or Pam or my sisters or nephews or brother-in-laws.

But somehow, the doctors cleared him to travel with his defibrillator vest. He was in extreme pain. He hadn’t slept since the incident. Mom my hadn’t slept since all of this happened. They got on a plane less than a week after all of this and made it to the Bahamas.

My Daddy didn’t complain ONCE! He was on his death bed and telling everyone, even if he couldn’t make it to the Bahamas, the show must go on!

And it did! Obviously from the pictures and videos, I’m happy to report, my mom and him were able to walk me down the aisle and we were able to have our father/daughter dance. He even gave a speech with Mom! Or tried to between happy tears.

I’ve never felt so loved by my family! We have the most amazing parents that love us unconditionally. That will literally die and come back to life just to make sure they don’t miss our biggest life moments!

Dad and Mom even got Covid at the end of the wedding weekend in the Bahamas, and even then, didn’t complain (too much! Haha)

Bob has shown me what type of partner I want to have in my life. He is always so kind to my mom, loves his girls & grandkids, & is always the funniest person in the room! Thank you for loving all of us & for all of our deep discussions about life Daddy! HFD!! 💕

💖Happy 1st Father’s Day to the Best girl dad! Wynter is the luckiest person in the world because she has you as her daddy! You are such a natural with her! You have been ready to be a father for so long, and it is pure joy watching you with our daughter! You changed her first diaper in the hospital, you’re already teaching her about the stock market 😂, you’re sharing your love of the @nyrangers with her, you’re making her laugh daily, and you’re always making sure she knows she’s loved! You and my Dad are two of the sweetest and funniest guys I know, and I know he was so beyond happy to welcome you to the wild Girl Dad club! Wynter will come to appreciate the fact that her dad and grandpa always put the seat down!! 😂😂😂 Love you baby! Couldn’t imagine doing this life together with anyone else!

🤠The Nash Bash last month was a huge success thanks to these gals! They literally put together a bachelorette party for me in less than 2 weeks!!! I wasn’t going to have one, but they all talked me into it! And man am I sooooo glad they did!! From bicycle peddle tours, line dancing lessons, bridal showering, drunken escapes, inappropriate straws/cookies, and a celebrity appearance by Miss Wynter…I felt so loved by all of these women (and all of the gals that wanted to be there but couldn’t because of the short notice!) Yeehaw! Can’t wait to see y’all in the Bahamas!! Ready to run down that aisle next weekend!! 💍

Wow! Has life changed a bit since this photo was taken! Z and Wyn have been spoiling me all weekend! I’ve never really been into all of these holidays, but this year hits different! 💕

❄️Wynter Zaia Bowman-Goldberg is here!✨She made her grand debut January 7, 2022 on a snowy morning in New York City!🌈Our hearts are so full they could explode! We had the most magical birth experience guided in love by the amazing Kayann Stephens @childbirth.now at the best hotel, I mean hospital! We can’t even remember what life was like before Wyn was here! I just keep crying and saying how happy I am (video of me saying this at the end of the slide!😭) Mom and baby are doing great! And dad is changing all the diapers and taking wonderful care of his girls! 🥰

Apologies in advance for being one of your friends that had a Covid baby, is posting a million photos/videos of their child because obviously I think my baby is adorable (even if you don’t), and for being the obnoxious sentimental mom freak now! lol I think this new job title of mine, one I wasn’t quite sure I would ever hold, is the best job I’ve ever had! I finally understand what all the hype was about! 🙈

I’m beyond grateful for the strong, funny, and fiercely loving women in my life. My sisters and my mom threw us a high tea baby shower fit for a queen and king! #ababyisbrewing 🤰🏼

Thank you Mom, Whitney, Misty and Brandy for making us feel so extremely loved and special! I’m the luckiest girl in the world to have you all by my side and by Z’s side as an honorary “Sista Sista!” This baby is already so loved! And has a wardrobe to prove it!

Thank you to all of our friends and family that showed up for the shower and those that couldn’t make it but sent their love! Linda, Z’s mom/my MIL, was able to fly in as well!! We received so many thoughtful gifts! We got a ton of books with little notes written in them! They’re so sweet!! My sister, Whitney, made little succulents for everyone to take home! They said, “Watch me grow!” And my mom made tutu’s for the little nail polish bottles for everyone to take home?! They’re so creative! I wish Instagram would let me post more pics! I have so many so many gorgeous women!
